We may consider all submitted materials including the English proficiency test scores.
First-stage screening
We answer questions regarding the first-stage screening based on the submitted documents (Schedule B). There is no document-based screening for Schedule A, and all applicants take the written exams (excluding those who are exempt from the written exams). Note that this only means that we do compare between applicants, and that we do not have a pre-determined absolute threshold. This would never imply that we always accept applicants up to a certain number, such as up to the quota.
