When your application is accepted by the online application system, you will receive an email with a receipt number. Also, you can see the list of your applications on the online application system after you log in.
Photographs should be of reduced image resolution and each file should be no larger than 1 MB in size.
There is no size limit per file in theory, but the total size of all files per applicant is limited to 100 MB. We assume that normal files do not exceed 10 MB. For files that may be particularly large, such as master's theses, we assume that the maximum size an applicant uploads is 29 MB per file.
Nothing. We see only the file content. However, please make sure that the file extension is correct.
On the document upload screen, select both the file to be uploaded and the item to which it applies from the list. In the list, there is a "checklist" item. You must upload the checklist.
When the applicant graduated from a university in China, the applicant must submit the pdf file of a CHSI-issued certificate at the online application site when they have already graduated. If the certificate is not available at the time of the application because they have not graduated yet, the CHSI-issued certificate must be submitted at the enrollment procedure.
